Exchange Policy
- We accept exchanges of any unwashed or un-used products with Original Packaging.
- Each Shipment can get exchanged within 7 days of delivery.
- Customer must have Mommy N Babies Packaging Slip that he/she would've received within the shipment.
- In case of mistake from Team Mommy N Babies, we are entitled to provide exchange without any shipping cost.
- In case customer wills to exchange the product on the basis of unsatisfaction or without any mistake from team Mommy N Babies, the shipping cost will be beared by the customer.
- Customers must dispatch products to our given address to start the exchange system.
- Assorted Items or the items described as a mix cannot be exchanged.
- Size Charts are provided with each product. However if size chart is missing our Chat Support is entitled to provide the size chart to the customer. Size Complaints are only acceptable if it is the mistake by team Mommy N Babies.
- No Returns are made in any case.
